1. Accepting These Terms
Welcome to WellDrobe — your AI-powered personal style assistant. We've written these terms in plain language so you know exactly what to expect when using the app.
By using WellDrobe, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We may update these Terms from time to time — we'll let you know about any significant changes through the app.
2. What WellDrobe Does
WellDrobe helps you organize your wardrobe, discover outfit combinations, and generate AI-powered style visuals — all personalized to your taste and preferences.
3. Your Account
- You need an account to use most features.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use WellDrobe.
- Keep your login credentials safe — you're responsible for activity under your account.
- Please provide accurate information when signing up.
4. Photos & AI Image Generation
This is the part most relevant to how WellDrobe works, so we want to be fully transparent.
To generate outfit visuals, your uploaded photos are processed by our AI service partners. This is standard practice for all AI-powered styling apps — your photo is sent to the AI, processed, and the result is returned to you.
For AI processing to work, photos are temporarily placed on accessible servers during generation. This is a technical requirement of the AI pipeline, not a design choice. Please don't upload photos you consider strictly private — use clothing photos or style-focused images for best results anyway.
By uploading a photo that includes a person, you confirm that you have that person's permission to use their image for AI-powered styling. Do not upload photos of others without their consent.
AI-generated visuals are created for your personal styling use. You're free to save and use them, but you take responsibility for how you use them outside the app. WellDrobe does not claim ownership of your generated images.
AI generation is powerful but not perfect. We can't guarantee a specific result for every generation — outputs depend on third-party AI services which occasionally experience delays or produce unexpected results.
5. Credits
Some features require credits. A credit is used when your generation request is submitted to our AI pipeline — not when the result is delivered. This reflects the real cost of processing your request.
If a generation fails due to a third-party service outage or an issue outside our control, we unfortunately can't guarantee a refund of that credit. However, if the failure was clearly on our end, we'll make it right — reach out to us at hello@teqergy.com and we'll review it personally.
All credit purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective refund policies.
6. Generated Content Responsibility
WellDrobe provides AI tools for personal styling purposes. How you use generated content outside the app is your responsibility. We are not liable for any consequences arising from external use of AI-generated images.
Generated visuals are for personal styling inspiration. Using them to misrepresent, deceive, or harm others is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.
7. What You Agree Not to Do
- Upload photos of others without their consent.
- Use the app for anything illegal or harmful.
- Try to reverse engineer or misuse the app.
- Generate content intended to harass or harm others.
- Attempt to circumvent any security or access control.
- Resell or commercially exploit any part of the app without written permission.
8. Your Content
You own your photos and generated images. By using the app, you give WellDrobe permission to process your content solely to provide the service to you — nothing more. We do not claim any ownership over content you create or upload.
9. Intellectual Property
All app content, design, features, and software are the exclusive property of WellDrobe / Teqergy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The WellDrobe name, logo, and visual identity may not be used without written permission.
10. Service Availability
We work hard to keep WellDrobe running smoothly, but we can't promise the app will always be available or error-free. Some features depend on third-party services beyond our direct control. To the extent permitted by law, WellDrobe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including generation failures or credit usage.
11. Ending Your Account
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
